Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail Delivery to send all gifts for two reasons :

* It is insured if it should be lost or damaged
* It will be delivered the next day, Monday to Saturday, if ordered by 3.00 pm

If you require a specific "in the future" delivery or a more convenient delivery date then we will send your gift the day before your chosen delivery date by next day delivery service, subject to the following:

* We are unable to arrange for a delivery on a Sunday or on a Blank Holiday.
* Royal Mail special deliveries cannot be left with neighbours or put into sheds/garages/porches.
* Royal Mail special deliveries require a signature from someone at the delivery address.

Monday to Saturday next day UK special deliveries

Royal Mail guarantee to deliver next day in the UK by 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday, providing your order has been received by them before 3.00 pm the day before. We require a minimum of 2 hours to process your order beforehand.

If you require a Saturday delivery your order must be received by them no later than 3.00pm on Friday.

Orders received by Royal Mail after 3.00 pm will arrive 2 days later (eg. an order received after 3.00 pm Monday will arrive on Wednesday).

Our prices include post & packing within the UK. Contact us for quotes outside the UK.
